网速不稳定为什么啊

我网速本来很稳定的现在边的不稳定了特别是CS 加别人的还行 自己建就不行了 很卡 网速一快一慢 玩卡丁车也不行了 一顿一顿的 系统重装了还是这样啊 是不是网卡出问题了啊 谢谢了

也不一定是网速的问题，也有可能是机子 的问题
