我每次想開啓help and support的時候
它都彈出視窗說它沒能下載 help的内容

這個到底是什麽原因呢

你使用了联机内容，每次使用帮助都先从微软下载帮助内容
使用本地帮助看看。

把上面这段复制到记事本中,保存为.reg后缀的文件，然后双击导入注册表。
