貌似是关了不该关的服务？出现问题了，请求帮助

不知道是不是因为关了一些服务，很多windows的程序都打不开，包括服务，怎么办？

楼下t提供的方法不能起作用，因为我开的帐户控制，因为现在绝大多数的windows功能都用不了，包括关闭帐户控制，所以没有办法更改服务。

是不是我只能重装了？

谢谢楼上的，但是失败了，全部拒绝访问

不知道是不是因为开着账户控制，因为windows很多功能都像这样打不开，账户控制不能取消。
