当你第一次看到pplive你会觉得这是个变态的玩笑，接着当你在安装的时候你几乎会认为这是你看过最麻烦的，无意义的软件，
会浪费你下载的时间，原因是这软件的界面看起来像个可怜的媒体播放器，而且是中文的。

我只翻译了第一段，有兴趣的可以看原文。好玩的地方是，pplive在那个网站每周下载人数排第一。

我们中国人写的软件，界面和对话框的英文普遍比较烂，所以那个大老外编辑就觉得非常frustrating……^_^，他说软件的设计思路好笨拙，可说了半天他也没说清楚PPLive到底是什么地方“unintuitive” ，一句话，都是语言不通闹的。

那能不能问你一下：你的第一楼要表达的意思是什么呢？

国外的pp电视软件很少，只有少数几个，Sopcast和CoolSteaming等而且节目源不多。
而中国就有PPlive,QQlive,PPstream,沸点,Mysee.
所以国外在线看电视的Peer To Peer软件可能还是要依赖中国的这几个比较多。当然直接http,rstp,mms的就不在讨论范围之内。

而他们比较熟悉，用得比较广泛的可能就是PPlive了。
