KERNEL32.dll错误
TMPGEnc Xpress 4.2.3 汉化版
安装后，在win2000SP4系统下，无法运行，提示为：
The procedure RestoreLastError could not be located in the Dll
KERNEL32.dll
而使用英文版则一切正常

盼告知原因，多谢

正常，2000经常出现这样的错误，可能是兼容性问题1
