我一xp机器，开机后出现如下：

Reboot and select proper Boot device
or Insert boot Media in selectea Boot device and pree a key

什么意思，怎么解决，求助了，谢谢。。。。。

启动文件出错。或者BIOS中的启动选项有问题。
